Property Renovation

This is an ongoing renovation project. As this a Grade 1 listed building great care has been take to comply with listing building regulations. Phase 1 of the project was the restoration of the roof and exterior of the building. The roof was repaired taking care to retain existing timbers. The roof was then clad in hand made tiles and the finials were carefully restored. The render on the outside of the building was removed and the stone cleaned and repointed. We are now working on Phase 2 which is the interior restoration. Watch this space ....
